The Annual Event and the EdLeader21 Network set themselves apart through their focus on and commitment to accelerating the work of the Portrait of a Graduate and future-ready, deeper learning. Annual Event allows member districts to send teams to network and collaborate with like-minded educators to fuel their community’s collective visions and bring them to life within their school districts.   

This year’s Annual Event experience is taking shape. Our keynote speakers have been set, a school tour has been added as an optional activity, learning sessions and workshops are being reviewed, and Indianapolis awaits.   • Submissions are now closed

  • The room block for the venue hotel has closed. If you need a sleeping room, the following hotels are within walking distance of the venue hotel:

Registration & Refund Policy

Discounted rates are available for districts that register a group of 6 or more. Every EdLeader21 Network superintendent receives one free registration.

  • Early Bird Registration: Now-Aug. 4
  • Regular Registration: Aug. 5-Oct. 1
  • Late Registration: Oct. 2-Event Date

Refund Policy:

Partial refunds will be issued for refund requests received on or before August 26, 2024.  A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts. No refunds will be issued after August 26, 2024  Attendee substitutions can be made up to October 15, 2024. Please email eschmidt@battelleforkids.org to request a refund or substitution.
