Through two days in-person and two virtual learning sessions, participants will:
- Align on a district vision connected to the AASA Public Education Promise and the
Portrait of a Graduate. - Identify and plan the leadership, instructional, and cultural shifts needed to succeed.
- Use appreciative inquiry tools and techniques to build on your strengths and successes in your journey through readiness, alignment and activation.
- Make connections with peers across Ohio.
- Leverage AASA’s Well-Being Toolkit to embed hope, resilience, agency, and belonging in classrooms and communities as essential conditions for learning.
