What You'll Do

Throughout a guided, year-long journey, you’ll:

Engage, Design, Collaborate

Engage in the kick-off convening, quarterly design studios, and small-group collaboration pods.

Problem-of-Practice Approach

Apply a problem-of-practice approach grounded in five key principles, with an action period, coaching support (office hours), and network sharing amongst participants to accelerate your district priorities in each of the Public Education Promise principles.

Showcase Your District

Showcase your district’s innovations at a culminating statewide success event, spotlighted by AASA.

All in-person sessions are in Columbus except the October dates which are part of the EdLeader Promise Annual Event.

SOAR Ohio is now connected to AASA’s national movement—giving you greater access to leadership, policy influence, and expanded resources through the new EdLeader Promise Network – the combination of AASA’s Learning2025 and the EdLeader21 networks.
