Through its Urban District Cohort, Battelle for Kids is bringing together future-focused educators leading urban school systems to fuel the acceleration of deeper learning outcomes for every student, everywhere.
In its second year, the Battelle for Kids Urban District Cohort is a network of large districts from across the country, serving predominantly students of color and students living in lower-income communities. Superintendents and their design teams explore deeper learning research and a systems approach to implement and scale deeper learning.
Superintendents and their design teams convene as a cohort throughout the school year with individual district coaching sessions held in between convenings.
