Designed to empower education leaders in developing and managing grants, these workshops provide invaluable skills and knowledge to enhance opportunities for all students. You can choose to select one or both of the grant workshops to be held in Oklahoma City in February.
Grant Success Workshops: Mastering Writing, Management, & Compliance

Workshop Overview: The two-day Grant Writing workshop will feature an intensive and interactive training course that will allow participants to fully understand and navigate the grant writing process from pursuit to award.
Workshop Highlights:
The Grant Writing Workshop will feature an intensive and interactive training course that will allow participants to fully understand and navigate the grant writing process from pursuit to award. Upon completion of the two-day course, participants will remain engaged through a Grant Writers Cohort led by Battelle for Kids. This year-long cohort will have access to an online portal of grant resources and announcements and have the opportunity to develop collaborative partnerships with educators working on grant applications from across the country.
Grant Management Workshop (Feb. 6-7, 2025)
Workshop Overview: This two-day training course is designed for both new and seasoned education grant staff. Participants will dive deep into the complexities of grant management, learning the latest updates on rules, regulations, and best practices to ensure successful and compliant grant management.
Workshop Highlights:
- Stay updated with EDGAR codification rules and the latest Uniform Grant Guidance.
- Develop strategies for regulatory adherence.
- Prepare for and conduct successful grant audits.
