Data Systems

Battelle for Kids helps districts design data systems that improve their data quality, management, and reporting, including:

• Implementing large-scale value-added initiatives
• Improving data quality and reporting, transparency, and credibility through accurate linkage of teachers and students
• Building capacity to understand and apply data for educational improvement
• Planning and delivering strategic communications and professional learning
• Developing and implementing systems and processes to improve the quality and accuracy of instructional attribution between students and teachers
• Leading the implementation of value-added analysis and educational improvement initiatives in multiple states and school districts across the country
• Implementing a problem-based professional development program and tools to focus and develop educators' use of data for school improvement
• Leading the design of performance management scorecards in a large urban district
